Terms and Conditions Maxbbet – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and maxbbet ("we", "the platform", or "maxbbet"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the maxbbet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

Maxbbet conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to meet compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A selfie holding your MyKad for identity verification.
• Bank statement or screenshot of a banking account showing the account name and number.
• Proof of current address if required for further verification.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Maxbbet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometric login for maximum security.

All financial transactions on Maxbbet are processed through legitimate and registered payment methods. Maxbbet supports FPX, DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE by Maybank, and direct bank transfer.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 (subject to the selected payment method).

Regarding withdrawals:

• Member found to hold multiple accounts.
• There is a request from the relevant authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Maxbbet customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard security checks.

Maxbbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Temporary technical disruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
• Delays in transaction processing due to third-party systems such as banks or payment networks.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by members.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the member's failure to safeguard their password.

All content on the Maxbbet platform including logos, brand names, designs, text, images, software code, and other visual elements are the exclusive property of Maxbbet or its legitimate licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any Maxbbet content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Maxbbet. Non-commercial personal use is permitted as long as it does not prejudice Maxbbet's interests.
